LOL

Brian So, I was listening to some tunes on the way to work yesterday with the iPod on shuffle, and an old Accidentals song came on. I can't remember right now what it was, but I DO remember laughing out loud thinking about Matt Garwood doing something ridiculous during one of our concerts. I know I told him recently, but I usually laugh out loud at least once a day about something I remember from when we lived together in college. A few songs later, I laughed even harder thinking of this dance that Katy always does in the car. She does a move similar to the "running man" to the tune of "Jump (For My Love)" by the Pointer Sisters. I did have to ask her the name of the song, for the record.
Then I got to thinking. I wonder how many times I laugh out loud at things when I'm by myself. I've decided to do a little study. I'm going to do my best to track my LOL moments and report to you all next week. If I laugh about it, I'll tell you. It'll be just a small glimpse into my mind...so I hope you enjoy.
Just as a warning, no feelings will be spared. If I laugh at you, I will let you know. If you sat in a chair and it broke into a thousand pieces, and I was there, the world will soon know. Good luck!
PS - Just to make this a bit more interesting, if something makes you laugh out loud by yourself, please post about it below!

I just had a LOL moment---It was when you mentioned the chair!!!! Thanks for the laugh!
Brian,
There are too many things to mention but one that comes to mind is the time you and Katy came home from a date. I was asleep in the den (imagine that), Pam was in the kitchen and y'all scared her causing her to scream which woke me up causing me to scream.
One other lol moment (at least for some) was the time y'all set me up at our annual "Dinner and a Scary Movie." Won't ever forget that one. I still owe you!!
You'd better be careful, I can write a whole book just about you. Do you remember graduation night?
Josh broke a chair at Mel's once...ask Donna! too funny! I often laugh out loud when I remember Matt Garwood as well. Fact is, he's just a laughable guy. Sometimes I LOL by myself too, Brian...nothing to be ashamed of!
I laughed when I was reading and imagin Katy and yours big smiles in the car while I was visiting you guys last time. I would say the time you both in Derby, and we went out after the BBQ and a garden+guitar chat, that was a big good laugh. such a cheer out summer nite, how lovely!!!!!!! yes, we do need to record our laugh moments more otherwise will just getting moody and nothing upon showing on my face anymore, how sad!!!!!!! thx for your remind, Brian. love you pair~~~~~
I have WAY too many moments like this in my own life, and nearly every one of them involves my dad and Brian...and mom screaming at one of them.
I just thought of one that brought tears to my eyes! Does anyone remember the story about Laura and the golf ball? She might be the only person on Earth to have a line drive land directly between her cheeks. Mrs. Linda, tell her not to kill me for that one...but I'm seriously crying over here just picturing it!!! Laura's always been such a good sport. Why did she put up with all the harassment we all gave her as kids?
Brian doing an impression of my dad makes me laugh very hard because it is spot on. Katy did mary a version of G-MANIA. I know you get tired of doing it but I will ask you to do it everytime I see you the rest of my life. Thank you so much for that wonderful gift. Katy you are not off the hook here. I vividly remember mom and I watching you have an arguement with yourself in the mirrior and you were getting mad at your own answers. That conversation must have lasted 5 minutes before you noticed us at the bottom of the stairs. I thought at that point you we destined to persue a law degree. Makes me laugh everytime I think about that. I love you both and miss you so much.
Katy, funny you should mention the golf ball story....David Harwell brought it up at the beach this summer and had everyone in stiches!! It is so funny watching our adult children laughing about their childhood. I had not heard that story before!!
Laura is a very good sport!!
